Stress
Posted by Kat in Kat, Life
I like a pretty stressful life. I guess everyone perceives their life to be stressful, but I really really really perceive it to be stressful. (haha). After doing yoga last week and trying to be in bed before midnight, I’m trying to sort out what I can do to relax on a daily basis.
This is what I’ve come up with so far: Yoga Classes (time permitting), 5 minute time out (taking 5 minutes to myself after the kids have gone to bed, closing my eyes and trying really hard to not fall asleep), learning how to read for fun (this is unlikely) and Tai Chi.
Ok. So. Tai Chi? I’ve only seen people doing it on tv as part of “Reality TV” but I have to say that it looks pretty relaxing. I’m not sure I’ll get the same relaxation benefits as they do on TV (California, Sunny Day, Warm) as I would in my cold house in Boston at 1030pm.
A lot of Moms read my blog so I’m counting on you to offer up some good tips for daily stress relievers.
